If Brieva isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked, though we're grateful to hear what didn't work.
Bought it for an Intel Mac?
Brieva requires an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later) and does not run on Intel Macs. If you bought it for an Intel Mac, that's on us for not being clear enough — you get a refund, automatically and regardless of the 14-day window. Just mention your Mac model when you write in.
How to request one
Email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] from the address you purchased with, or reply to your order confirmation. Refunds are issued by our payment processor ([PAYMENT PROCESSOR]) to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued.
