Refund Policy

If Brieva isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason. If you'd like to tell us what didn't work, it helps us improve - but it's optional.

Unsupported hardware

Brieva requires an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later) running macOS 14.4+; it does not run on Intel Macs or other platforms. Requirements are listed on the homepage and shown before checkout, and the free 14-day trial lets you confirm it runs on your machine before paying. If you bought it for an unsupported device anyway, that's covered by the same 14-day policy - mention your device when you write in.

How to request one

Email support@brieva.app from the address you purchased with, or reply to your order confirmation. Refunds are issued by our payment processor to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Once refunded, your license to use Brieva ends and we ask that you stop using the app and delete your license key.
