BrievaYour meetings, in your pocket
Brieva for iPhone and iPad carries the meetings from your Mac with you: every transcript, summary and set of minutes, readable and searchable wherever you are - including offline. It syncs directly from your Mac over your own network, so your meetings still never touch a server.

Pair once, with a QR code
On the Mac, choose Connect iPhone or iPad in Settings; on the phone, scan the QR code it shows. That is the whole setup - no account to create, no email to confirm. You can disconnect either side at any time, and the meetings already on the phone stay readable.
Sync without a server
Your iPhone talks directly to your Mac over your own local network, and the connection between them is encrypted. There is no cloud in the middle, no relay, and no copy of your meetings anywhere but on your own devices. When you are away from your network, nothing syncs - and nothing needs to, because the meetings already on the phone work fully offline. New and updated meetings, including the two weeks ahead on your calendar, arrive the next time both devices are home.
Reading and searching
- Meetings are listed by day, with a calendar view for jumping to a date, and carry the same colors you set on the Mac.
- Search covers titles, transcripts, summaries and minutes - the search runs on the phone, against the phone’s own copy.
- Transcripts show the same voice-grouped bubbles as the Mac, with the names you gave each speaker.
- Check off action items and see decisions at a glance, right from the summary.
- Share a meeting’s summary, minutes or transcript from the phone with the normal iOS share sheet.
- On iPad, the list and the meeting sit side by side in a split view.

Privacy, same rules as the Mac
The app collects nothing - no analytics, no account, no server of ours to send anything to. Meetings on the phone are stored in the app’s own protected storage. Deleting a meeting on the Mac removes it from the phone on the next sync; deleting the app removes everything on the phone.
Getting it
